Education & Professional Development

Dr Waling holds a PhD in Sociology (2015) from Monash University, Australia and a Bachelor of Arts Highest Honours (2010) from Carleton University, Canada. She majored in Anthropology and minored in Sociology and Sexuality Studies during her undergraduate career. She also holds qualifications in Project Management, Research Leadership and specialist research software, as well as undertakes professional development opportunities where possible on research, teaching and HDR supervision, career planning, and mentorship.
